Leading the way in retail conversion optimisation


Blix was founded in 2013 and has since become a global leader in customer experience analytics. We know that the last thing the world needs is yet another dashboard. Rather, companies need accurate insights that enable agile decision making and have a measurable impact on profit. As such, we have a clear goal: to be the world leader in sales conversion optimisation for bricks and mortar retailers.

Our Blix Traffic product is the new benchmark for customer experience and location analytics. By combining Blix Traffic's footfall data with our Client's sales, staffing, marketing and media data, the Blix Business Consulting team delivers increased sales conversion rates and revenue to our Clients. 

We work with global brands in retail and automotive from our head office in Melbourne, Australia.

Tony founded Blix in 2013 with the goal of increasing insight and accountability for sales and marketing in the retail and automotive industries. Before Blix, Tony co-founded the first riversurfing business on the Zambezi River back in 1996, then was a white water rafting guide all over the world, owned an adventure travel company and an innovative digital agency. An avid kitesurfer, surfer and sailor, Tony is passionate about ocean conservation and life in boardshorts!
